It is computed from five pillars: maintenance compliance, documentation, engagement, professional care, and profile completeness. The score updates as you log activity, and shows up on the home dashboard.

Pointcoins (PC) are earned for completing home actions in HomeBit. You earn 50 PC for logging a receipt or a maintenance task, 25 PC for finding a pro, and 5 PC per daily check-in. Streak bonuses give you extra Pointcoins for consecutive days of activity.

Pointcoins are redeemed for partner perks — deals and offers from home-service brands. The catalog rotates and includes both free-tier perks and upgraded Premium Partner Perks for HomeBit Plus members. You can browse all available redemptions in the in-app Perks tab.

Yes — HomeBit Plus users can securely link bank accounts through Quiltt, a financial data aggregator. Once linked, HomeBit automatically identifies home-related transactions and tags them as receipts. We do not store or transmit your bank-login credentials directly; Quiltt handles authentication.

Yes, on HomeBit Plus. You can connect Gmail, Microsoft Outlook or Office 365, Yahoo Mail, or any IMAP email account. HomeBit then automatically discovers home-related receipts and invoices in your inbox, so you don't have to forward or photograph them manually.

HomeBit Plus tracks your home value using Zillow's Zestimate and Redfin's home-value model, with a visible last-checked timestamp on the home dashboard. The Insights tab shows the history of your estimate over time so you can see trends, not just a single point-in-time number.

The AI Concierge is an in-app chat assistant — accessible from a floating button on every screen — that answers DIY and home-care questions. Free-tier users get basic Concierge support; Plus users get expanded help, including bill-negotiation guidance and richer maintenance answers.

Since HomeBit Plus is billed through Apple, cancel by opening Settings on your iPhone, tapping your name, choosing Subscriptions, and selecting HomeBit. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep Plus features through that date.
